Chorizo pinwheels
Ingredients
- One puff pastry
- 1/3 of a mild chorizo
- 35g grated gruyère
- 1/3 of a small jar of tomato sauce (Barilla)
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Unroll the pastry
- Blend the chorizo, the gruyère, the egg and the tomato sauce
- Spread the mixture over the pastry
- Roll everything into a log, then put it in the freezer for 5 min
- Cut the pastry into 1cm slices and place them on a baking sheet
- Bake for 10 min
