Quiche lorraine
Ingredients
- One shortcrust pastry
- 250g plain bacon lardons
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl crème fraîche or milk
- Some gruyère
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Mix the ingredients
- Pour the mixture over the pastry
- Bake for 45 min
