Since, as good students, we don’t always have an oven at our disposal, nor the patience to wait for such a long bake, we continue the “microwave cooking” series with an easy and super-quick mug cake!
Difficulty: Easy (lvl1) Time: 5 min Cost: Low
Ingredients (for two mugs):
- 4 tbsp of chestnut cream
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of milk
- 1 egg
- a knife tip of baking powder
Melt the butter in a bowl. Mixing well between each ingredient, add the chestnut cream, the milk, the sugar, the flour and the baking powder then finish with the egg. Pour into a mug, filling it halfway. Cook in the microwave, stopping the cooking as soon as the batter rises to the top of the mug. Then let it fall back and heat again for a few seconds so the mug cake is well cooked (the surface should not be too sticky).
Enjoy!
