Cookie mug cake

Ingredients

  • 40g (42g) of 51% dark baking chocolate
  • 20g of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 20g of brown sugar
  • 15-18g of butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and the chopped chocolate for 30-45 seconds
  2. Add the brown sugar and stir in well while it’s hot
  3. Add the egg
  4. Add the flour with the baking powder
  5. Mix everything well, and wipe the rim of the cup
  6. Place the cup in the microwave and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds at most
